Title: Inventory Management Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Inventory Management Coordinator to join our team in Hobsonville and support the smooth management of our inventory and supply chain operations. This is a 2-month fixed term contract working 25 hours per week over 3 days - you choose the days.

Responsibilities:

  1. Purchasing stock to meet service levels while minimising inventory costs.
  2. Managing inventory levels and reporting any discrepancies to the relevant stakeholders.
  3. Handling and submitting shipping documents to BPO in a timely and accurate manner.
  4. Ensuring procurement records, orders, and payments are accurately processed and maintained.
  5. Data entry and various administration tasks.

What You'll Bring:

  1. Experience in inventory management, logistics, or administration (SAP knowledge is a plus).
  2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  3. Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  4. Ability to meet deadlines and work efficiently under pressure.
  5. Proficiency in spreadsheets and data entry.
  6. Strong communication skills for effective coordination with suppliers and internal teams.
