IHC New Zealand is seeking an Intellectual Disability Support Professional to join our team. As a Support Professional, you will provide support to individuals with intellectual disabilities, helping them to live fulfilling lives.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with individuals and their families.
- Provide individualized support to meet the unique needs of each person.
- Participate in multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and services.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized plans.
What You Need:
- Degree or diploma in social work, psychology, or a related field.
- Experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
