Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Risk and Resilience Strategist to lead our Resilience and Adaptation team in Wellington. As a key member of our Grid Development division, you will be responsible for developing and implementing risk and resilience strategies that ensure the safety, reliability, and sustainability of our grid operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the development and implementation of risk and resilience strategies across the business
• Collaborate with senior managers and stakeholders to identify and mitigate potential risks
• Develop and maintain asset management systems, including risk and resilience information
• Analyze data and modeling results to inform investment decisions and funding submissions
• Mentor and coach team members to build their skills and knowledge in risk and resilience management

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, business, or environmental science
• Proven experience in risk and resilience management, preferably in the energy sector
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex data
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Ability to lead and motivate teams, with a focus on building capability and capacity
