Overview

Ocg Consulting is currently recruiting for a Senior Policy Advisor to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for progressing policy development and sector engagement to provide ongoing momentum and ensure senior leaders can make timely and informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead finalisation of current-state analysis/problem definition/objectives and criteria framework.
  • Begin working with the sector to understand current state and consider overall direction of measurements, and any potential changes to the existing measurement approach.
  • Provide the opportunity for key stakeholders to be engaged throughout the process.
  • Identify, assess, and recommend pathways to address issues identified during the problem analysis.
  • Provide advice on the pathway forward.
  • Present to key stakeholders including Governance Group.
  • Recommend detailed options/process to progress agreed pathway.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels. A proven track record in policy development and implementation would be highly desirable.
