The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment with high levels of autonomy, utilising their strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships within the organisation and with external stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities

  • Providing support where needed and anticipating needs proactively
  • Assisting with structured onboarding and building strong relationships
  • Organizing travel arrangements for the Group Director
  • Helping with reporting and communications, tailored to the audience
  • Managing materials and performing media scans to share valuable information
  • Growing tech-savvy capabilities to support leaders
  • Being available and responsive to provide support
  • Compiling and presenting reports accurately
  • Ssupporting the wider Executive Leadership Group as part of a team of executive assistants, providing overflow capacity with work as needed
