About the Job
We are looking for an experienced social worker to join our team as a Family Support Worker. The successful candidate will work closely with our Waitakere site team to provide support and guidance to children, young people and their families. They will be responsible for assessing and managing risks to children, developing and implementing plans to keep them safe, and working collaboratively with other agencies and stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
* Assess and manage risks to children
* Develop and implement plans to keep children safe
* Work collaboratively with other agencies and stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes
* Provide support and guidance to children, young people and their families
* Participate in case planning and coordination meetings

Requirements
* Full registration with New Zealand's Social Work Registration Board (SWRB)
* A social worker qualification recognized by the SWRB
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent problem-solving techniques and flexibility
* A full, clean, current driver's license
