We are seeking an In-Store Support Team Member to join our team at The Warehouse. As a member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and supporting the Loss Prevention team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering customer inquiries and providing advice on product information
  • Processing returns, exchanges, refunds, and transfers
  • Supporting the Loss Prevention team by assisting with security measures and ensuring store safety
  • Supervising and supporting the Checkout area as needed to ensure smooth transactions
