Main Job Responsibilities
  • Managing workflow and ensuring accurate work completion estimates.
  • Effective communication with the technical team and direct end customers.
  • Collaborating with aftersales staff including Service Advisors and the Service Manager.
  • Meeting and exceeding workshop targets.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • A relevant automotive trade qualification, preferably in heavy automotive engineering.
  • Excellent communication and computer skills.
  • A deep understanding of heavy commercial vehicle repairs.
  • The ability to think clearly under pressure and resolve technical issues.
  • A valid clean driver's license.
