Job Overview: As a Wellness Guidance Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting the wellbeing needs of tamariki in Primary and Intermediate Schools. The Mana Ake service requires collaboration between health and education, allowing for early intervention and support.
">About the Position: This role involves delivering individual, group, and whole-class wellbeing programmes/interventions, as well as broader wellbeing cluster support to kura and schools. Based in the Waiariki region, you will work closely with the clinical mental health and wellbeing workforce to provide evidence-informed services.
">About You: We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual who can build relationships, work effectively in a team, and demonstrate adaptability. With a competitive salary range: $72,074 to $86,719 pro-rated to hours worked, you will have the opportunity to achieve a great work-life balance.
">Requirements: To succeed in this role, you must have well-experience in working with community, tamariki, and whanau. You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to build strong relationships, and work effectively in a team environment.
