Job Overview: As a Wellness Guidance Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting the wellbeing needs of tamariki in Primary and Intermediate Schools. The Mana Ake service requires collaboration between health and education, allowing for early intervention and support.

About the Position: This role involves delivering individual, group, and whole-class wellbeing programmes/interventions, as well as broader wellbeing cluster support to kura and schools. Based in the Waiariki region, you will work closely with the clinical mental health and wellbeing workforce to provide evidence-informed services.

About You: We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual who can build relationships, work effectively in a team, and demonstrate adaptability. With a competitive salary range: $72,074 to $86,719 pro-rated to hours worked, you will have the opportunity to achieve a great work-life balance.

Requirements: To succeed in this role, you must have well-experience in working with community, tamariki, and whanau. You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to build strong relationships, and work effectively in a team environment.
