Key Responsibilities

We are looking for a highly skilled Tax & Estate Planner to join our team at Wellington-Altus Financial Inc. The key responsibilities of this role include:

Tax Planning & Compliance:
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on sophisticated trust, estate and income tax questions and issues for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients.
  • Meet with existing and potential clients to provide tax and estate planning services.
External Investment Tracking & Consolidated Reporting:
  • Monitor private equity, hedge funds, direct investments and real estate holdings.
  • Generate consolidated statements and portfolio reviews that aggregate all financial assets across different entities and structures.
Financial Planning & Projections:
  • Develop cash flow models to project future liquidity needs and investment funding.
  • Scenario planning for major capital events.
