**Job Summary**

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Clerical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Clerical Support Specialist, you will provide administrative support to our ISAP office, ensuring the smooth operation of our programs.

**Responsibilities**

  • Perform data entry to maintain program participant case records.
  • Maintain files and other related documentation.
  • Answer phones and direct calls appropriately.
  • Coordinate transportation services for program participants.
  • Provide administrative support to the Program Manager and Case Specialists.

**Qualifications**

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least two years of work experience in a similar position, including experience working with multicultural contacts.
  • The ability to pass a federal background check and obtain a suitability determination.
  • United States citizenship is required.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish language skills are necessary.
  • Good computer skills and effective communication skills with internal and external contacts.
