We are seeking a skilled Tyre Solutions Specialist to join our team at SuperTyre. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base across New Zealand.

About the Role:

The National Sales Director will be responsible for managing complex sales cycles, developing strategic relationships with key decision-makers, and showcasing SuperTyre's unique technology solutions. You will identify and target key accounts to create new business opportunities, secure new large-to-medium-sized business partnerships, and lead responses to complex RFPs and RFIs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Revenue Growth: Secure new large-to-medium-sized business partnerships to expand the customer base.
  • Proactive Business Development: Identify and target key accounts to create new business opportunities.
  • Lead Complex Sales Cycles: Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Respond to RFPs and RFIs: Lead responses to complex RFPs and RFIs, crafting tailored and compelling proposals.
  • Build Relationships: Develop strong, lasting relationships with decision-makers across a range of organisations, understanding their fleet tyre service needs.
  • Long-term Partnerships: Focus on securing long-term partnerships that generate predictable, recurring revenue streams.
  • Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment in the delivery of tailored solutions.

  • Industry Knowledge: Sales background with deep knowledge of the technology landscape and a solid industry network.
  • Strong Communicator: Skilled at delivering high-tech solutions in a simple and easily understood manner. Ability to build relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders at all levels.
