Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced National Health, Safety & Wellbeing (HSW) Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and embedding a strong safety culture across our organisation, ensuring the effective implementation of HSW policies, systems, and initiatives, and promoting a positive health, safety and wellbeing culture across all Playcentres.
Key Accountabilities
- Develop and implement our Health, Safety & Wellbeing strategy, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and objectives.
- Provide expert guidance on risk management, compliance and workplace wellbeing initiatives, ensuring adherence to relevant legislation and regulations.
- Lead a team of HSW Leads and Administrators, fostering a culture of accountability and safety.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to promote a positive health, safety and wellbeing culture across all Playcentres.
