About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our dedicated healthcare team at Kenepuru village. This full-time position offers a rewarding opportunity to work closely with residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care and support.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • To provide clinical leadership and guidance to the care team in ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centered care.
  • To assess the needs of residents and develop individualized care plans that promote their independence, dignity, and quality of life.
  • To collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless transitions and coordination of care.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current practicing certificate as a Registered Nurse in New Zealand.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals.
  • A strong commitment to providing person-centered care and promoting the independence and dignity of residents.
