Site Manager Role
Auckland's leading construction company is seeking an experienced Operations Team Director to lead on-site teams and ensure maximum client satisfaction.

Key Duties
• Ensure that all on-site Health & Safety procedures are followed by Sub-contractors and team members
• Provide technical building advice to ensure that projects are completed to the highest standard
• Coordinate procurement of building supplies and other related goods and resources
• Liaise with other areas to ensure that handovers between the various teams are smooth
• Provide feedback on local issues and opportunities as well as regular project reporting

Requirements
• Proven experience in site management within the construction industry
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams
• Excellent knowledge of Health & Safety procedures
• Experience in financial management including budgeting and cost control
• Ability to provide technical building advice
