">Your Responsibilities
">- Lead a high-performing team of Business Development Executives, driving exceptional business results and achieving sales targets.
- Partner with the marketing team to align sales strategies with impactful campaigns and develop educational materials.
- Take ownership of the CRM (Hubspot) to enhance sales processes, manage leads, track performance, and optimize customer engagement.
- Identify new market opportunities and drive growth, increasing revenue and positioning the business as an industry leader.
About You
">You have a proven sales leadership experience of three to five years, coupled with a strong understanding of skin science or medical-oriented sales. You're a natural leader, able to motivate and inspire your team to achieve exceptional results.
