The Role

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Care Team as a Primary Care Nurse. As a key member of our team, you will provide patient-centered, culturally safe, and holistic general practice nursing care for our patients. Your expertise will be essential in delivering seamless, high-quality patient experiences at all times.

Responsibilities
  • Provide a full range of nursing services, including patient assessments, treatment plans, and medication management.
  • Work in partnership with the Central Clinical Team to ensure continuity of care and efficient patient flow.
  • Support our HCA team by providing direction and delegation to ensure high-quality patient care.
Requirements
  • CURRENT registration with the Nursing Council of New Zealand.
  • A minimum of 1-2 years' experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in a general practice or community nursing role.
  • A strong desire to work in Primary Care long-term and champion model of care improvements.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical, and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, exhibiting strong problem-solving skills.
  • CURRENT vaccinators & cervical smear takers certifications highly desirable.
