Responsibilities:
1. Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and efficiency.
2. Utilize systems such as Outlook, SAP, and C4C to manage orders and respond to client inquiries.
3. Perform high-volume data entry and manage administrative tasks.
4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless support to our clients.
5. Adapt to ongoing system and business transformations to support our evolving needs.

Requirements:
1. Proven customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
4. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
5. Adaptability and flexibility to meet changing business needs.
