Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Business Intelligence Manager to join our Delivery Management Office (DMO) for our Core replacement programme. The successful candidate will play a key role in underpinning senior leadership conversations by consolidating and analysing data from across the programme.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent stakeholder engagement abilities, and proficiency in JIRA and Confluence. Experience with SAFe methodology and data visualisation tools such as Power BI is highly desirable.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyse complex data sets to produce insightful reports and dashboards
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Drive business outcomes through data-driven insights and recommendations

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in MI, reporting, or business intelligence roles within large-scale transformation programmes
  • Strong proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and SAFe methodology
  • Excellent analytical and stakeholder engagement skills
