How you'll help us live our purpose

MI Reporting Manager | Jira | Core Banking Transformation

12 Months Fixed Term Contract

We've been helping our members save for their future and buy a home of their own since 1875. By joining us, you'll play a big role in helping us to put home ownership within reach of more people, generation after generation.

It's a purpose that drives everything we do and one we're proud of. And you can play your part too as our MI Reporting Manager | Jira within our Core Replacement Programme - the largest transformation programme in the Society's 150 year history. This programme supports our ambition to put home ownership within reach of more people for generations to come - we are replacing our Core system with new, more flexible and resilient applications, providing the foundation for future strategic transformation.

How you'll make a difference

We are currently looking to recruit an MI Reporting Manager within our Delivery Management Office (DMO) for our Core replacement programme. The role is instrumental in underpinning senior leadership conversations on the delivery of the Core programme by consolidating and analysing data from across the programme and producing insightful data driven reporting to Stakeholders and governance forums. You will drive insights from the data and report on the progress of the programme and any dependencies working across 13-14 squads.

We are looking for someone who is analytical and has strong stakeholder and senior leadership engagement skills who can communicate and report on the progress of our Core programme.

What you'll bring to the role:

  • Strong experience in MI, reporting or business intelligence roles within large scale transformation programmes.
  • Strong proficiency in JIRA & Confluence.
  • Solid understanding and practical application of SAFe methodology.
  • Strong experience with data visualisation tools including Power BI to develop dashboards and visualisations across multiple data sets.
  • Exceptional attention for detail, setting and driving data standards and best practice.
  • Solid experience of providing metrics and data driven insights.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to transform complex data into clear, actionable insights consumed by different levels of Stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with experience of engaging with multiple, distributed teams to extrapolate information and translate into material consumable by senior leadership.

And in return, you'll get the best from us:

  • Hybrid working with 60% of your time at home.
  • Matched pension contributions of up to 10%.
  • 26 days holiday, plus bank holidays and holiday purchase scheme of up to 5 days each year.
  • Colleague Mortgage and Saver products.
  • Electric vehicle scheme.
  • 2 days' volunteering per year.

We'll give you a place to belong with the support to learn, develop and shape a meaningful career.
