Responsibilities:
  • Manage and review the work of junior to senior staff, ensuring the timely and accurate preparation of financials.
  • Provide exceptional client support, offering insightful advice while nurturing strong, lasting relationships.
  • Take on value-added projects for clients, including budgets, cashflows, and implementing management accounts.
  • Cultivate a culture of continuous learning and innovation, staying abreast of trends and legislation to optimize resources and drive business growth.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in team training and reviewing work, with a demonstrated ability to develop and mentor staff.
  • Effective leadership skills, combined with a strong growth mindset, enabling them to navigate complex challenges and capitalize on opportunities.
  • CA/CPA qualified, with a commitment to maintaining the highest professional standards.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in public practice, with a deep understanding of management reporting and its strategic implications.
