Your Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and Implement Operational Strategies

Create and implement strategies to drive operational excellence, focusing on cost-efficiency and high-quality processing.

Lead and Manage a Team

Provide leadership and direction to your team of Operational Care specialists, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to perform their duties effectively.

Collaborate with Stakeholders

Collaborate with Customer Care locations (CCL) and other stakeholders to provide information, knowledge, solutions, and alternatives to deliver customer satisfaction.

Monitor and Analyze Performance

Monitor and analyze performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to optimize operational efficiency.

Resolve Claims and Disputes

Support and resolve claims and disputes in a timely and efficient manner.

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in logistics or operational roles, preferably in a supervisory capacity.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
