Job Description

As a Strategic IT Consultant, you will report to the IT Program Manager under the IT Program Lead and Tech Lead. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver projects in a lean team, helping set up the new IT environment from conception to inception. Key tasks include:

  • Support aspects of the project life cycle">
  • Business Requirements Definition">
  • Formulate and define systems scope and objectives">
  • Analysis and design of business processes to meet business needs/opportunities and constraints">

  • Testing – develop and execute test plans and test cases as well as user training plans to ensure the quality of the solution and its smooth introduction">

Required Skills & Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to be a self-starter who has worked in a greenfield environment as a Business Analyst. You should also have:

  • A passion for problem-solving and working in a newly established team">
  • Prior experience of working with Operational Technologies (OT)">
  • Substantial experience delivering greenfield IT infrastructure projects within enterprise-level organisations">
  • The ability to easily build rapport with stakeholders">
  • Comfortable working as someone who will be helping implement ways of working that have not yet been established">
