About the Organisation

Tribe Recruitment is proud to be partnering with Te Rūnanga o Toa Rangatira to find an exceptional Accounts Lead. As the Accounts Lead, you will be part of a dynamic team that is committed to delivering a high standard of service to our clients.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

  1. Leading and developing the Accounts team, ensuring accurate and timely payments and receipts.
  2. Establishing clear accountabilities and performance standards.
  3. Monitoring financial processes to mitigate risks and ensure compliance.
  4. Fostering strong working relationships across the organisation and with external partners.
  5. Contributing to continuous improvement and business efficiency initiatives.

We are looking for a candidate who has a minimum of three years' experience managing finance operations teams and possesses strong leadership and interpersonal skills to build a high-performing team.

Experience in financial accounting and accounts processing in a medium to large organisation, as well as a proven track record in customer service and stakeholder engagement, is highly desirable.
