We are looking for a Team Leader for our highly clinically skilled, experienced and friendly Mental Health Needs Assessment and Service Coordination (MHNASC) Team.
You will be organized, resilient and have the ability to walk alongside people wherever their journey.
As a Team Leader, your role will be to ensure the team takes all clinical, cultural and administrative steps necessary to assist people and their whanau to access the most appropriate services for their needs to achieve optimum health and wellbeing.
The Team Leader is responsible for: Provides clinical and operational management ensuring HR/business processes, policies and regulations are completed for the team Leads, supports and operationalises the vision and service development of MHAIDS, including overseeing the management and mitigation of any risks to service delivery Ensures the team meets all required key performance indicators, and provides support to the wider team and it's successful functioning Mo to matou ropu – About our team MHNASC are a specialist mental health service funded by Capital & Coast District Health Board, and a key function of the service is to provide personalised planning which are based on the person's goals and needs in collaboration with key parties and in alignment with Te Ara Oranga (Client Pathway).
The MHNASC service has a major role in supporting the interface between the District Health Boards and Non-Government Organisations, as well as other NASC services (disability and general health NASCs both locally and nationally).
MHNASC is a small team, that works well together and works in a very supportive environment.
