Sales Excellence at Lion Inc:

We're looking for a driven Business Development Manager to join our On Premise Sales team in Wellington or surrounding regions. This is an exciting opportunity to deliver profitable sales growth through outstanding customer experiences.

About the Role:

As a Business Development Manager, you'll be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities in the Lower North Island, leveraging your sales expertise and industry knowledge to drive results for Lion Inc.

Your Key Focus Areas:

  • Lead creation and sales growth through proactive prospecting
  • Building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders to drive sales results
  • Maintaining a high level of sales performance and exceeding targets

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven sales and negotiation experience and capability
  • A strong track record in lead creation and sales growth
  • Experience coaching and mentoring teams and building capability
  • Strong relationship building skills from the first interaction
  • Highly developed skills in contract negotiation to ensure mutually beneficial commercial outcomes
