The Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as a Health Care Support Worker in the Accident & Emergency department at Mid Argyll Hospital. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with experienced healthcare professionals to provide support and care to patients.

Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include working alongside our duty ENP to follow instructions and take on tasks as needed. You will also have the opportunity to work independently within your own limitations, using your initiative and skills to deliver excellent patient care.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Skills in ECG and venepuncture are desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
