Job Description

As an investigator, you will be responsible for investigating the activities of the NZDF on behalf of the Inspector-General. This includes assisting on inquiries initiated by the Inspector-General, reviewing NZDF operations, and investigating complaints about the NZDF.

You will assist the Inspector-General in monitoring the NZDF's activities and assessing the soundness of their operational and compliance policies and procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A tertiary qualification with some post-qualification work experience.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and critical thinking abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to maintain personal integrity and conduct at high levels.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a high level security clearance.
