The successful candidate will earn an hourly rate between $23.38 and $29.10, commensurate with their qualifications.

Job Description

The Disability Support Coordinator will facilitate social, health, education, whanau, and cultural connections for individuals, promoting their overall well-being.

This involves planning and supporting people to participate in meaningful activities that align with their goals and aspirations.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A strong passion for working with people and being patient, friendly, and kind.
  • Previous experience as a Support Worker is highly valued.
  • The ability to understand and connect with people from diverse backgrounds.
  • Energy, enthusiasm, and a willingness to be part of a team.
  • The capacity to provide personal care when required.
  • Professionalism, honesty, and reliability are essential qualities for this role.
  • A Full NZ Driver License is necessary for the position, which involves driving a MASH van.
