About the Role:

  1. Promote and sell our range of universal Precision Technology products
  2. Responsible for customer setup, optimisation and training
  3. Support Sales and Territory Managers to ensure technology is a part of every discussion
  4. Be the subject matter expert on all demonstrations
  5. Directly accountable for key KPIs in their territory
  6. Be the key contact for all customers in your AOR

About You:

  1. Success in a sales position
  2. Aptitude and desire to lead others to achieve the same success
  3. Strong knowledge of the industry, and the wider agricultural sector
  4. Proven success creating and maintaining healthy profitable customer relationships
  5. Solid understanding of the financial realities of asset and inventory management, budget management and pricing strategy
  6. Demonstrate a growth mindset and express tangible opportunities to increase market share
