We are seeking a hands-on Senior Property Consultant to join our team in Wellington. The successful candidate will be responsible for liaising with stakeholders and providing expert advice on site acquisition and property advisory across New Zealand in the Renewable Energy and Telecommunication sectors.

The Skills and Experience Required
  • An understanding of the Property market, be solutions-focused, and able to recognise the importance of industry relationships
  • General property experience, including valuation, project management, legal advisory or general property advisory
  • Site acquisition experience, preferably in the Telecommunications or Renewable Energy Sector
  • LINZ accreditation while not essential would be highly regarded
  • A wide range of practical experience, with the ability to think independently to achieve the best outcomes for our clients
  • Great interpersonal skills and the ability to relate to people from all walks of life
