**Full Time Butcher Wanted**

We are seeking an experienced Butcher to be part of an excellent team.

Centre City New World is locally owned and operated with a reputation for an extensive range of gourmet & quality meat cuts.

We are looking for an exceptional person to join our Butchery team in a FULL TIME position in following shift pattern:
Tuesday to Saturday - 5am - 1.30pm (40 hours per week)

**In this role you will**:

- Correctly & efficiently slice and cut all meat whilst reducing wastage and maximising GP
- Assist in the traying up of meat as required.
- Ensure the meat cabinets and freezers are appropriately stocked and maintained
- Ensure all customer special orders are prepared to agreed timeframes
- Enhance the image of the department by implementation of agreed standards of display and presentation of stock
- Maintain high standards of Food & Workplace Safety
