We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced Dental Assistant to join our team at Lumino Remuera Dental Centre. As a key member of our dental team, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our clinicians.
In this role, you'll be responsible for:
- Assisting clinicians during dental procedures, including taking X-rays, sterilising instruments, and preparing materials.
- Greeting patients, reviewing their medical history, and addressing any concerns they may have.
- Teaching patients proper oral hygiene techniques and educating them on their dental care.
- Maintaining accurate patient records and filing systems.
- Preparing treatment rooms and instruments for use, and stocking dental supplies.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Experience working as a Dental Assistant (preferable).
- Strong knowledge of dental procedures and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
