Role Overview:

We are seeking an Instrument Calibration Technician to join our team in Mount Maunganui, Bay of Plenty. This is a full-time position that requires the successful candidate to perform calibration of Flow Meters and other instruments according to industry standards.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Calibrate Flow Meters and other instruments at terminals throughout the North Island.
  • Provide support to metering staff during holidays or special runs.
  • Travel to Pacific Islands and nationally to perform instrument calibration and proof.
  • Prepare and submit accurate reports and invoices on time.

Desirable Qualities:

  • Previous experience in a similar role with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • A clean driving record and valid New Zealand driver's license.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
