Key Responsibilities: Your main responsibilities will include providing administrative support to the Whips' Office, carrying out special tasks and projects, managing caucus events, responding to correspondence and emails, coordinating administrative activities, and ensuring the Senior Whip has required materials for meetings.

Requirements: To excel in this role, you will need highly developed administrative capabilities, proficiency in MS Office, ability to work efficiently across various systems, excellent communication skills, discretion, and an earnest presence of mind. Strong relationships-building skills are crucial to upholding a high level of confidentiality.
