We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics and Health & Safety Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is critical in supporting our Logistics, Distribution Centre, and Health and Safety teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Order Management
    • Plan and coordinate DC activities to ensure efficient order fulfillment.
    • Determine product allocation and optimize supply chain performance.
    • Audit and process customer orders to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Shipment Coordination
    • Coordinate shipments to ensure timely delivery and minimize delays.
    • Quote and book outbound shipments from the DC.
    • Track and report on the progress of outbound shipments.
    • Audit and process invoices for shipments.
    • Manage delivery exceptions to ensure successful completion.
  • Supplier Relationships
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Communicate proactively and promptly with all relevant parties.
    • Liaise with the accounts team to ensure timely processing of claim forms.
  • Store Support
    • Assist store networks with transportation needs.
    • Liaise across teams to meet requirements.
  • Administrative Support
    • Prepare daily KPI and error reports for the DC team leaders.
    • Manage store bag orders with the DC team.
    • Provide administrative support for Health and Safety and assist with stock adjustments, system checks, and inventory reconciliations.
  • Training
    • Maintain knowledge of logistics and administrative tasks to ensure team coverage.
    • Deliver training to team members as required.
    • Maintain training documentation for tasks and system functions.
  • Health and Safety
    • Maintain a safe working environment in line with Health and Safety legislation.
    • Apply risk management approaches to all aspects of the role.
    • Support site risk assessments and ensure compliance with company safety policies.
  • Team Engagement
    • Develop trusting relationships within the team.
    • Encourage open debate and discussion to align with business goals.
