We are seeking a Philanthropy Manager to join our fundraising team, who will play a crucial role in shaping our major gift fundraising strategies and engaging our major supporters.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to strengthen our financial sustainability, increase revenue, and improve donor retention.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a high-performing major supporter program.
  • Develop and implement a strategy to strengthen Mercy Hospice's financial sustainability.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with our supporters.
  • Implement Mercy Hospice's Gifts in Wills strategy.
What You'll Need:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, social sciences, communications, or a related field.
  • Experience with building and nurturing strong relationships and partnerships.
  • Experience with major gift fundraising, planned giving, or account management/sales.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in fundraising software and CRM systems.
