We are seeking an accomplished Roster and Operations Service Manager to spearhead this change. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the introduction of new rostering and operational systems, ensuring a seamless transition to our new enterprise system.

Your key responsibilities will include:

MASH Trust is committed to delivering exceptional services to the people we support. Our transformative program aims to enhance the quality of care and streamline internal processes.

About the Role

This fixed-term position requires a full-time commitment of 80 hours per fortnight from Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Strategic oversight of rostering and operational functions for over 500 staff across more than 60 locations.
  2. Ensuring efficient and effective coordination of staff schedules.
  3. Leadership and support for a team of 8 Roster and Operations Coordinators.
  4. Implementation of new rostering modules within our new enterprise system.
  5. Driving innovation and transformation within the team.

Requirements

  1. Strong leadership and management skills.
  2. Experience in rostering and operations within the health or disability sector.
  3. Proven ability to transform systems and improve processes.
  4. Excellent communication and organisational skills.
