About the Role

We are looking for an exceptional Executive Producer to continue driving the current success of our Breakfast show. As the key editorial leader, you will be responsible for delivering a high-performing programme that meets both the editorial ambitions and agreed targets of quality and ratings.

You will have overall editorial and leadership responsibility for Breakfast, including making sure the show remains Aotearoa's leading morning news TV programme. This involves driving the on-air and off-air team to create content that resonates on-air and online.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated extensive news journalism experience, preferably in television, along with strong editorial management and high editorial integrity.

A strong leader and people manager, you will have a proven track record of successfully leading and developing a high-performing team. You will also possess solid news judgement and awareness of how that applies to different types of programmes.
