About the Role

As the first point of contact for our customers, you will be responsible for greeting and interacting with clients, marketing products and services, and completing rental transactions, contracts, and bookings.

About You
To succeed in this role, you will need a full, clean, valid Class 1 driver's license and previous experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, or similar fields. You must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional customer service. Additionally, you should be able to learn and use various computer systems to accurately input rental information, and follow procedures and adhere to company guidelines and standards.

Key Responsibilities
As a Rental Operations Agent, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting and interacting with customers, answering their queries, and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Marketing products and services to customers and promoting our brand.
  • Completing rental transactions, contracts, and bookings efficiently and accurately.
  • Inspecting vehicles for damages and assisting with the cleaning of our vehicles from time to time.
