We are seeking an experienced Event Planner to join our External Engagement Team. As an Event Coordinator, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality internal and external events that enhance our brand and foster valuable relationships with industry, employers, and community partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and deliver both virtual and in-person events;
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to understand event objectives and ensure seamless execution;
  • Manage budgets, contracts, suppliers, and logistics to deliver high-quality experiences;
  • Evaluate compliance with health, safety, and legal requirements;
  • Develop creative event concepts that engage and leave a lasting impact;
