We are seeking an experienced Event Planner to join our External Engagement Team. As an Event Coordinator, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality internal and external events that enhance our brand and foster valuable relationships with industry, employers, and community partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and deliver both virtual and in-person events;
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to understand event objectives and ensure seamless execution;
- Manage budgets, contracts, suppliers, and logistics to deliver high-quality experiences;
- Evaluate compliance with health, safety, and legal requirements;
- Develop creative event concepts that engage and leave a lasting impact;
- Provide post-event analysis and reporting to drive continuous improvement;
