Key Skills and Qualifications
- Strong vocational background within sport
- Proven experience in leading and managing teams
- Post-16 teaching qualification or commitment to achieving this within an agreed timeframe
- Level 2 English and maths qualifications are essential, or the candidate must be willing to attain them
- Strong organisational skills, self-management workload, and excellent oral and written communication skills
