- Key responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive system-wide changes, developing policies and procedures to support patient-centered care, and leveraging technology to enhance patient engagement and feedback mechanisms.
- This role requires strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills, with a deep understanding of healthcare industry trends and best practices.
Responsibilities
">- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction and engagement.
- Collaborate with clinical and non-clinical teams to identify areas for quality improvement.
- Design and implement policies and procedures to support patient-centered care.
- Utilize data analytics to inform decision-making and drive system-wide changes.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, and healthcare providers.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to team members to promote professional growth and development.
- Contribute to the development of the departmental strategic plan and annual operating budget.
- Maintain awareness of current provincial and national developments in trends relating to patient relations and complaints management.
Requirements
">- A Master's degree in a health-related field is required.
- A minimum of ten years recent related experience in patient relations and conflict resolution management, including leadership experience in a healthcare environment or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Experience in human resource management is an asset.
