About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Patient Care Specialist to join our team in providing exceptional care and support to individuals in need.

Main Responsibilities:
* Provide personal care assistance to patients, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding
* Monitor patients' health and report any changes in condition to the healthcare team
* Assist with mobility, positioning, and transfers of patients
* Help patients with daily activities, including eating, drinking, and engaging in therapeutic activities
* Provide emotional and social support to patients, offering a friendly and reassuring presence
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on patient care
* Ensure a clean and safe environment for patients, adhering to health and safety regulations
* Work collaboratively with nurses, doctors, and other healthcare staff to deliver excellent patient care
* Assist in delivering care for patients with specific needs (e.g., elderly, disabled, or those with chronic illnesses)
* Support the delivery of medications as directed by healthcare professionals
