As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our building facilities. Your primary focus will be on maintaining the satisfactory and serviceable condition of the building, identifying and addressing any defects or issues that may arise.
- You will conduct regular inspections to ensure that the building is in good condition, paying particular attention to cleanliness, car park management, and signage.
- Your responsibilities will also include managing the use of common amenities and facilities, coordinating with contractors for scheduled maintenance and repairs, and overseeing fire safety matters.
- In addition, you will assist in contract administration, procurement of goods and services, and maintain records of correspondence and documents related to building operations.
