The Role

We are seeking an Endpoint Engineering Specialist to assist with the development of desktop Standard Operating Environment (SOE) architectures for outsourced IT service environments. This includes developing ongoing support and maintenance processes for standardisation across multiple customers.

You will provide 3rd level support and escalation point for Desktop Support competencies, including burning problems, critical environmental issues and Endpoint design faults.

Our offices are based in various locations, but we offer flexible working arrangements to maintain work-life balance.
