Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Auckland-based team. As a key member of our Real Estate business, you will be responsible for delivering projects and initiatives across various sectors, including commercial developments, retail, education, healthcare, and residential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contributing to our achievement of Turner & Townsend's global vision
  • Establishing friendly and professional relationships with clients, colleagues, and other parties involved in the projects and programmes we deliver
  • Delivering a full suite of Project Management activities from Project Initiation through to Close Out

Requirements

  • Previous experience and a sound understanding of Project and Programme Management, Contract Management (NZS3910), Programming/Scheduling (Software experience including MS Project, P6), Risk Management, Procurement, Cost Management, Reporting, Stakeholder management
  • Good knowledge of construction industry technical matters, such as different procurement routes, value management, and value engineering
  • Ideal Degree qualified (or equivalent qualification) relating to a technical field: Construction Management or Project Management, Engineering, Architecture, Cost Management, or relatable trade experience
  • 3-5+ years project management experience (ideally including client-side/consulting experience)
