Job Description
We are looking for a highly organised and motivated Graduate Studies Organiser to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the graduate studies process, providing expert advice on complex policies and procedures, and ensuring the smooth execution of these processes.

About the Job
This full-time position requires a tertiary qualification and at least 2-3 years' experience in a similar role. You will need to demonstrate excellent organisational skills, sound judgement, and the ability to work effectively with senior academic staff and stakeholders.

Key Accountabilities
  • Coordinate the graduate studies process from thesis submission to completion.
  • Provide expert advice on complex policies and procedures relating to graduate studies.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
