Our program is dedicated to nurturing the early stages of your engineering journey, guiding you towards achieving your goals.We are seeking talented, motivated, and innovative Graduates to join our dynamic and high-performing Building Engineering team in Auckland for 2026Key Responsibilities:Project Support: Assist Senior Engineers in planning, designing, and executing engineering projects.Data Analysis: Collect and analyse data to support engineering decisions and project outcomes.Technical Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to ensure our engineering solutions are cutting-edge.Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, reports, and drawings.Problem Solving: Identify and solve engineering problems to improve processes and product quality.Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.What do we need from youRecent graduate of a tertiary degree in Civil / Structural EngineeringRelevant work rights to live and work full-time in New ZealandPrevious student vacation/internship experience ideally in a consulting environment highly desiredExperience working within a team in retail, hospitality or customer service industries highly desiredPossesses a strong desire to learn and grow professionallyInnovative thinkers and problem-solversExcellent communication skills, written and verbalExcellent rapport building skills and desire to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary environmentWhat's in it for you?What we Offer:Early Career Development Program, including mentoring guidance, training & professional development, and study supportAn attractive remuneration packageDown to earth approachable management who encourage innovation and passionStrong technical foundation as well as on-the-job learning experiences across a range of areasWorking alongside a team of like-minded individualsBecome part of a business with world class competence and access to skillsPaid annual membership fees to professional industry associations.Please attach your resume, cover letter and academic transcripts in one file.We believe our strong graduate program will provide you with the tools you need to start your career the right way.
