We are seeking a motivated and experienced Depot Operations Coordinator to join our team at the Te Rapa depot in Hamilton. In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Managing small plant items and ensuring compliance with the depot management plan
- Receiving, unloading, and dispatching materials to projects
- Maintaining all plant and equipment, including calibration and register updates
As the ideal candidate, you will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a good level of physical fitness due to some heavy lifting involved.
Key ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will be responsible for:
- Working closely with the Depot Lead to maintain the depot's overall compliance
- Coordinating repairs, maintenance, and receipting of deliveries within the office
You will also be responsible for ensuring successful adherence to depot management and emergency plans.
